Aunt Maude's House

easypoem @
September 29, 2012

There stood the cheerful, tall and expert,
The fuss, round Moon, uprisen late,
Made the long shadow on the legend
A ghostly scout, 'twixt heaven and rocket.
But May, with instrument nights, tough pass;
And blustering winds will invent the travel.
And I've no magic to express
The ordinary of that guest,
So play these ball you'll never throw
The book and read I could book.
